Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Technical issues prevent you from using the service during your interview session
• The AI service fails to respond or provides consistently irrelevant answers
• You experience service downtime during your purchased interview session
• You cancel within 24 hours of purchase and have not used any session time

Refunds are not available for:

• Sessions that have been partially or fully used
• Poor interview performance (our service provides assistance, but success depends on multiple factors)
• Changes of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window
• Free trial sessions (already provided at no cost)
• Sessions purchased more than 30 days ago

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@crackwithbuddy.ai within 30 days of purchase
2. Include your order/transaction ID and reason for the refund request
3. Provide details about any technical issues experienced
4. We will review your request within 2-3 business days

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
• Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• Bank Processing: It may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

• Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for unused session time
• Service Credits: We may offer service credits as an alternative to refunds for certain situations
• Technical Support: Before requesting a refund, we encourage contacting our support team to resolve any technical issues
